Shipping & Returns

On all orders above $30, we offer FREE standard shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States and Canada, with orders going out either the same or next business day depending on the time of purchase. On any orders under $30, we charge a flat shipping rate of $6. You'll receive a notification once your package ships.

We’ve put our soul into developing products that you will love but we do understand that it doesn’t always work out. We’re happy to accept returned items within 30 days of purchase.

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our support team at support@thisbeauty.co with your order specifics and which products you’re wishing to return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to mail those items back to our return center.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our return center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form or payment (typically 3-7 business days).
